Looking ahead to the 2021-2022 school year, we would like to share the major dates calendar for the following school year. Click here to view. We hope this will help you plan your calendar. In addition to the dates listed here, we will have regular events that get scheduled each year. These have not yet been finalized. When they are, the complete calendar will be shared with you and posted on the website. Academics Schedule for the Week of May 10 School Life Join Us for Our Spring Concert
MMA's Spring Concert is May 11 at 7 p.m. via zoom. A Zoom link will be sent out that morning.
The concert is a culmination of dedicated study and will feature handbell teams, singers, dancers, and instrumentalists.
Ascension Thursday Mass
Preceding their on-campus gathering, Mass will be held in the gymnasium for mothers/mother figures and seniors.
Mass will be celebrated via Zoom for the rest of the community. In-person students will celebrate Mass in their Advisory Groups.
A Zoom link will also be sent to families who wish to participate.
Class of 2021 Mother/Mother Figure and Senior Celebration
Email invitations for the Mother/Mother Figure and Senior Celebration, which follows the Ascension Thursday Mass on campus, were sent out last week. If any member of the Class of 2021 and/or their mother/mother figure did not receive the email, please contact Eileen Killeen at ekilleen@merion-mercy.com. On May 19 at 7 p.m., College Counseling will host a "Summer College To-Do's" Zoom. A Zoom link will be sent next week.
College Application Boot Camp is Back
There are two in-person sessions available. Registration is required, and space is limited:

NCAA Eligibility Center Webinar for College-Bound Student-Athletes
Do you want to learn more about competing in college sports? Join the NCAA Eligibility Center for their spring webinar for college-bound student-athletes and their families on May 13 at 6:30 p.m. Click here to learn more and register. (No cost)
Athletic Commitments
A senior who is planning to attend an NCAA Division I or II institution in the fall and play collegiate sports needs to request her final amateurism certificate. This is done through the NCAA Eligibility Center website. The details are here. She should start by logging into her EC account. The dashboard should list any outstanding tasks, and one of them should be the request for the amateurism certificate (unless it's already been completed).

Graduation Gloves: Finally, please remember that your daughter will need white gloves for graduation. They are available here in four sizes (small through extra-large) for $5. We will hold all glove orders at school and distribute them to seniors with their flowers at graduation. We ask that you place your order by Friday, May 14.

For the 2020-21 school year, Merion Mercy's Servery will be open each day from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., offering pre-ordered lunches and snacks available for purchase.
Orders must be placed by Thursday, May 13 for the week of May 17.

New quarantine guidelines from the CDC require that a person meet all three of the following criteria to eliminate the need for quarantine after exposure to COVID-19: be asymptomatic, two weeks out from receiving their final shot, and within three months of their final shot.
In order to adhere to the current quarantine protocols for those individuals (faculty, staff, and students) who have received a vaccination for COVID-19, we ask that you fill out this form to let us know when you (faculty/staff/student) receive your final COVID-19 vaccination. This confidential information will be used by the school nursing staff.
