You are cordially invited to join us for our first Common Hour of the 2020-21 school year: The 2020 Election: An Opportunity to Learn about Others and Ourselves, A Conversation with Dr. Dan Gottlieb, on Monday, October 19 from 6:30-7:45 p.m. via Zoom. As the founder and longtime host of WHYY radio's Voices in the Family, Dr. Gottlieb has been a treasured voice of calm reassurance to his listeners throughout the Delaware Valley for more than 35 years. A practicing clinical psychologist, "Dr. Dan" is also a highly respected and sought-out professional speaker on various topics. When asked to summarize his life's work, he says simply: "I teach kindness."

MMA's Spirit Club is hosting our first Spirit Day of the school year to show school pride and to cheer on our fall sports teams.
Student should wear their most festive blue and gold with their kilts and prepare for some spirited surprises throughout the day, including music between classes with a playlist curated by the affinity group for Hispanic and Latinx heritage in recognition of the end of National Hispanic Heritage Month.
Blue Cohort Spirit Day is October 13.
Gold Cohort Spirit Day is October 15. Academics Back-to-School Night Mark your calendars: Back-to-School Night will be held Thursday, October 22. Details and Zoom links will be shared later this week.

For the 2020-21 school year, Merion Mercy's Servery will be open each day from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Breakfast sandwiches will now be available in the mornings in addition to the pre-ordered lunches and varied selection of snacks and drinks.
Lunches can be ordered for "In-person Learning Days."
Orders must be placed by Thursday, October 15 for the week of October 19.
Please note: For the week of October 19, the new Cohort days will be in place.
