MMA Food Service for 2020-21
Information on Pre-Ordering Lunches For the 2020-21 school year, Merion Mercy's Servery will be open each day from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., offering pre-ordered lunches and snacks available for purchase. Lunches can be ordered for "In-person Learning Days" (generally Mondays/Tuesdays and Wednesdays/Thursdays, unless there is a calendar change). The girls will eat in special lunch groups during Advisory or Community time, and their meals will be delivered to the rooms. Parents/guardians will pre-order lunches using the "My School Account" system online. Please note the following: - The first lunches will be available beginning Tuesday, September 8, with orders due by Wednesday, September 2 (due to the Labor Day holiday).
- Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Servery is unable to accept cash for any purchases, so all students will need to have funds available in their "My School Account" to purchase snacks or drinks.
- After the initial week, pre-orders must be placed by Thursday for students to receive lunch the following week.
- When placing lunch orders online, please pay special attention to which days your student(s) will be in school for her "In-Person Learning Days" (either Blue or Gold cohort), and only place orders for the days she will be in the school building.

- After logging in to "MyMMA," you can select "Dining Services" from the Resources Board.
- On the Dining Services page, there are two links that are related to Food Services: one for instructions for setting up your student's account and the other for accessing the "My School Account" online system. Returning students will have accounts from prior years. New students will need to establish an account before ordering lunches.
- To pre-order lunch, click on the "My School Account" link. You will log in with your account information and be brought to the "Dashboard" screen.
- From the "Dashboard," select "Preorder" which brings you to a screen with a calendar on the left and general instructions on the right. Your student's name should appear next to "Select Student." (Note: You can order for multiple students—you just need to select each student's name and order the lunches individually.)
- Select the date in the "Calendar" on the left. (Note: The calendar begins with Monday, with Saturday and Sunday at the end of the week.) The menu options will appear in the window on the right.
- A combo is offered for only $5, which includes main food choice (from sandwich, wrap, or salad options), regular chips, and a drink. Please select the combo option wanted ("Add to Cart"), and then separately select the drink option (water or Wawa lemonade/iced tea), as well as any condiments or salad dressings needed, adding them each to your cart. All items will be packaged together for your student's lunch.
- Select the next date on the calendar for your student (paying special attention to your student's scheduled in-person learning days for the Blue or Gold cohorts), and repeat the ordering steps, adding the items to your cart.
- You may order week to week, or even the whole month at a time. Please keep in mind that orders must be placed by Thursday for the following week.
- Once you have completed your cart, click "Checkout Cart Items." You will see your cart details where you can edit items if needed. Then click "Next" to complete the transaction.
- If there are insufficient funds in the account, you will be prompted to add monies to the account before the transaction is completed.
