Dear Merion Mercy Community,

As we look to the start of the 2018-19 school year, I'm writing to provide you with an update on our Head of School search.

We are so pleased with the response to the survey. The Carney, Sandoe & Associates (CS&A) consulting team shared that the number of participants set a new record in the Catholic Schools Practice with 1,179 responses. We thank all of our participants for their thoughtful responses and for their time and effort. 

CS&A will be working with the search committee to source nationally for potential candidates and will be following up on nominations received through the survey.
