Dear Merion Mercy Constituents,

We are pleased to introduce you to Merion Mercy's Head of School Search Committee. As a group, we are enthusiastic and energized to embark on this important journey and remain dedicated to the service of our mission.


The various members of the Search Committee were chosen based on a distinct set of skills, affiliations, backgrounds, and perspectives they bring to the search process:

The Carney, Sandoe & Associates consulting team will visit us next week. The consulting team will meet with faculty, staff, administrators, students, parents (current and past), and alumnae in order to gain a deeper understanding of our school's philosophy, culture, and aspirations.
