1 - SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION

2 - Request Records from Your Current SchooL
Submit our Request for Release of Records Form to your current school for an official copy of your transcript, including all grades, standardized test scores (including HSPT, PSAT, SAT and ACT scores, if available) and attendance records.
3 - Gather Teacher Recommendations
Request teacher recommendations from your current Math and English teachers through your MyMMA account or the Teacher Recommendation Form.
4. SCHEDULE A required INTERVIEW
Schedule an in-person interview with Director of Enrollment Management Diane Greenwood by emailing admissions@merion-mercy.com or calling 610-664-6655 ext. 166.
As part of the process, some transfer applicants may also have the opportunity to meet with our Dean of Academics and/or School Counselor to help ensure a smooth transition. If this applies to your daughter, we’ll reach out to coordinate those conversations at a convenient time.
5. - Visit Our Campus
To schedule a visit day or request a personal tour, contact our Admissions Office.
6 - Receive Notification of Our Admission Decision
Successful transfer students will be sent a formal acceptance letter. If we are unable to invite an applicant to our school, they will be notified as soon as her application is completed and a decision is made by the admissions committee.
