Over a two-year process, students partner with faculty mentors, industry professionals, and MMA alumnae networks to develop their Diploma with Distinction project. Students build confidence and important management skills by completing flexible curricular and co-curricular requirements, reflecting on their growth through portfolio curation, and regular mentor meetings. Each student completes a comprehensive capstone project, which they present at the MMA Capstone Symposium Evening during the spring of their senior year.
