Casey Fosbenner '24 Places 2nd in Philadelphia Shakespeare Competition

Junior Casey Fosbenner placed 2nd in the Philadelphia Shakespeare Competition, sponsored by the English Speaking Union. Held at the Museum of the American Revolution, the competition included participants from nine area schools. Casey placed in the competition by delivering Beatrice's monologue from Much Ado About Nothing and a sonnet. As a finalist she also performed a cold reading from The Two Gentlemen of Verona. Casey will be honored and receive her award, including a $1,000 scholarship, at a dinner in March.
