On Tuesday, October 25, 2022, NBC10 television anchor Tracy Davidson spoke to the entire Merion Mercy Academy student body as part of the school's Career Day program. Davidson shared her career path and offered insights and advice for pursuing your passion. She also spoke of being called to deepen her faith, which led her to earn a master's degree in Spirituality. Asked about that decision, Davidson said, "I wanted to talk to people about God's love, because God's love is the only explanation for why I am here before you today." Recounting a difficult childhood, she added, "This is beyond my wildest dreams."
