MMA Lead Critic's Review Selected for Publication

Libby Baldini '27, Emma Dolan '27, Libby Shea '27, and Christina Flanagan '26 serve as Merion Mercy's critics in the Philadelphia region's Cappies. The Cappies is a writing and awards program that invites students to attend other high schools' theatre productions and vie to have their review published in local media outlets. Recently, MMA lead critic Christina Flanagan was one of two critics in the Philadelphia region to have her review of "The Addams Family" at Agnes Irwin posted on the Cappies website and submitted to Philly.com. 

At the end of the year, Cappies student critics decide who among their peer performers and technicians should be recognized at the end of the season at a Tony Awards-like celebration.
