Merion Mercy Basketball played in the Carolina Invitational in Charleston, SC, over the Christmas break. The Varsity team finished the tournament with a 2-1 record with victories over Cheraw (SC) and Pinewood Prep (SC). With a loss to Harpeth Hall (TN) in the championship game, Merion Mercy came in second place in their bracket. Julia Richardson led MMA with 13 points.
Coach John Richardson says, "The team played really well in the entire tournament and had a great time with each other and our traveling party of 30 family members in Charleston."
