Jenny McMonagle Named Main Line Student of the Week (December 11-17)

Congratulations to Jenny McMonagle '24!

A senior at Merion Mercy, Jenny McMonagle is a member of the National Honor Society, Tri-M Music Honor Society, Math Honors Society and Social Studies Honor Society, and is a winner of the Sweeney STEM Scholarship. She was part of the Merion Mercy sophomore ministry team that traveled to Boston for the Global Forum on Girls Education III hosted by the International Coalition of Girls Schools, and her team’s “Drawing from the Well of Mercy” project won an NCGS Moulton Student Global Citizen grant. McMonagle raised more than $1,400 for the organization Miles for Migraines and organized a team of 30 for the annual walk. She is a leader of the Blue Key Society, the leader and founder of the school’s Ukulele Band and Tri-M Music Honor Society Co-President. She is a member of the Ministry Core Team, Merion Mercy Music Theater, Chorale, Sirens of Baggot Street, Liturgical Choir, Ricordia (student newspaper), Merion Mercy Mission Corps and French Club. McMonagle is also pursuing a Diploma with Distinction.
