Building on Mercy: Capital Campaign
Phase I
New Wing
Merion Mercy Academy built a new wing that fits environmentally with the school’s existing stone façade and added approximately 27,000 square feet of new space. This new wing includes a spiritual center, student center, two classrooms, faculty room, conference room, boardroom, lower-level multi-purpose room, weight room, aerobics room, guidance suite, administrative offices, and elevator. to its existing structure bisects its current front quadrangle and connects its two existing wings together.
Phase II
Extensive work inthe hallways was completed. Also, fire suppression was installed throughout the entire facility.
Phase III
This next phase will take place in subsequent summers and could include creating an enlarged media center, a renovated art studio, and a new computer room.
