
Annual Giving
Merion Mercy Academy is a tuition-driven school. The school does have a modest endowment fund set up by foundations and individuals to honor someone with a scholarship. But most of the school's operating budget comes from tuition. The annual fund is one way to reduce the difference between tuition and the actual cost of educating each student.
Donations to the annual fund are on a fiscal year from July 1 to June 30. Alumnae, parents and friends are solicited each fall and reminders sent in the spring. These donations may be in the form of cash or securities. There is an online transaction site available for cash gifts made with a credit card.
